Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with No Fuss Baby Products. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.
Domestic Shipping Policy & Order processing time-
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days to the address provided. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
If you purchased from a third-party vendor, the customer must return the product to that store according to their return/exchange policy and not ship to the website below.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@nofussbabyproducts.com. If your return is accepted, Free return labels are available for store credit returns. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@nofussbabyproducts.com. Otherwise, a pre-paid label is available for a fee- the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please do not combine returns that have separate return IDs. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email to info@nofussbabyproducts.com with your order number and detailed photos of the issue and I'm happy to help.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
